Biography
Andre Eric Martinez is a longtime resident of Pico Rivera and the owner of F/8 Studios – where, for over 15 years, he has photographed and filmed hundreds of subjects worldwide in countless settings. He most recently traveled to Cuba to photograph historic visits by Pope Francis in September of 2015 and President Barack Obama in March of 2016, which included the Commander in Chief’s attendance with Cuban President Raul Castro at the historic baseball game between Cuba Nacional and the Tampa Bay Rays. Martinez also covered the groundbreaking performance by The Rolling Stones before hundreds of thousands of people at Ciudad Deportiva de la Habana and he was among the first to enjoy WiFi and Internet access in the island nation. In addition, his videography and photography has appeared on KABC News, KABC-TV’s “Vista LA”, the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Daily Journal, Metropolitan News-Enterprise, Whittier Daily News and Eastern Group Publications.
